I love water aerobics but it all depends on your instructors. I have water bootcamp twice a week and it kicks my butt. It is a lot of working out. Been doing about 12 hours a week except 9 days when i had bronchitis. It has became my little escape from stress and I like getting out of the house. Being a stay at home mom for 14 years has gotten to me.

I forgot to log yesterday I just walked the track for 30 minutes and today I did 75 minutes of water aerobics and swimming.

I'm a big busty girl I normally wear a 42H for cardio I wear a size xl with a size xxl over it from champion at target. I'm going cheap until I'm done breastfeeding and loose a few more pounds hoping to get down to a 38G again.

I did 60 minutes of water aerobics and 20 minutes of lap swimming today for my workout. This is going to be such a great motivating challenge!

I'd really like to join this challenge. I have done great working out almost everyday for 3 weeks, but I am feeling like I may start slacking soon. And I need to get better about tracking my exercise on my mfp and so this will help to remind me to log it into to everyone and the app!
