The serving size on the bag is 1/4 cup so I usually measure in the units given on the serving size. Would 200 g of onion and peppers ( 100 each) fill up a whole cereal bowl?

I sat with a registered dietician and she asked me when I felt healthy. That was at 160 and I wasn't stick thin then so I set my goal at between 150-155

I do the best personally when I stick to the same breakfast and lunch most of the time and get some variety at dinner. I like soup and a sandwich at lunch and maybe a fruit or salad.

Yes, I take it for the same reasons plus anxiety/ depression. I upped my calories the last few days also and honestly will probably go completely off program today and get back at it tomorrow

No I had to wait for payday. I didn't mean it's evil, I'm refilling it today . But the withdrawal symptoms are bad and no one ever warns you about that when you start taking it. Look up cymbalta withdrawal symptoms

Update: found out its withdrawal symptoms from being off cymbalta for a week! Evil medication !

Ok thanks, I do have other medical issues so if it continues I will definitely go to the dr. When I'm dizzy my heart is racing but when I'm exercising it doesn't feel like that and my hr is about 160 when I'm working out.

No weights, just elliptical and treadmill. Base calories as set by a registered dietician 1570. Protein around 30%, fat goes over all the time to about 40ish % and carbs about 30%. And I only started 10 days ago, so much of that is water weight loss. I just was wondering if it was calories or carbs making me not feel good

Cottage cheese and strawberries every day for breakfast is my favorite, turkey tacos in a lettuce wrap for my favorite lunch and I just made broccoli cheese soup today for only 132 calories a serving ( recipe in recipes section)

I personally love going to a steakhouse . I order a 6 oz steak with broccoli and a salad with whatever dressing I like. A little bit of indulgence but mostly good choices.

I'm in Kentucky and my dad is in California . My heart breaks not to be with him. I talk to him everyday, but he is so weak and in so much pain that he can only talk for less than 5 minutes.
