Cardio for when you're sore
Last night I did more at the gym than I usually do, not weights just cardio on the rowing machine and elliptical but this morning I'm sore specific all my knee and legs. I want to do cardio to get my heart rate going but want to let my legs rest for a day. What can I do for cardio on days that I'm sore?

I made a fajita bowl for dinner with 4 oz chicken breast ,1/4 c cheese, 100 g bell pepper and 100 g onion.
