Last night I did more at the gym than I usually do, not weights just cardio on the rowing machine and elliptical but this morning I'm sore specific all my knee and legs. I want to do cardio to get my heart rate going but want to let my legs rest for a day. What can I do for cardio on days that I'm sore?

Sit on a recumbent exercise bike or upright exercise bike and pedal at an easy recovery heart rate zone (that's a HR about 107 to 132 for me). Recovery cardio sessions should be around 30 minutes. Depends on one's volume and training, but a recovery session could be longer as well in the 45-60 minute range.0
