  • In my area there are mom/baby exercise classes... Aquafit, Zumba, Salsa and Stroller fit. All of them incorporate baby into the exercise routine. Also, if you have a good baby carrier, and live where it's not too cold, try fast paced walking... especially areas with hills.

  • At first the sauna was torches. Probably partly the heat and mainly boredom but I am starting to enjoy it. I sit for 20 minutes and just listen to music.

  • I don't think bringing your own food is a good idea. That will just insult them. Obviously, try to control your food intake at the dinner but also think about the rest of the day. Eat/drink really low calories items like raw vegetables with water for breakfast and lunch. Put in a hard workout that day. Good luck!!!
  • Yeah, I was told to use baby oil as a preventitive when I was pregnant. Can't be certainit wasthe oil, but it seemed to help because I didn't get any stretch marks. But I am starting to notice them on my legs and not sure whether baby oil will help since it's already there.

  • Wish there was a trick to losing quickly... going to Mexico in February and nowhere near ready for bathing suit, never mind a bikini. I'm trying to find some summer dresses to cover up.

  • Thanks for letting me know this about elyptical being "off" for calories lost. I am trying to stick to the 1200 calories the program has suggested.
