can't cut the pop

help me become gluten free
As if watching what I eat wasn't hard enough, my husband just found out he needs to become gluten free. I know I can buy the few items in the store that have the gluten free symbol but I would love some low calorie meal ideas/recipes.

It's been two weeks of healthy eating and today I just was out of control. Bought a slice of pizza for lunch then ate alot of high calorie foods. I feel guilty for my food choices and portions but everything tasted so good and I actually felt satisfied and full. How do I avoid this binge eating???

I have found that in recent months, weight gain has been most noticeable on my inner thigh. Any suggested work outs/exercise that target that area would be great.

what's wrong with cardio ?
I read some posts and it seemed people were not too keen on cardio. Just wondering if it was something they did not enjoy or an issue when trying to lose weight. I just started my weight loss mission and going on the elyptical a few times a week was going to be my exercise of choice.

how do you fight night cravings?
I have been struggling with my weight and while during the day, my habits are ok, I find that once I put my daughter to sleep, all I want to do is eat... and it's always food I shouldn't want (cookies, chips and pop, chocolate, ice cream).
