inner thigh work outs

I have found that in recent months, weight gain has been most noticeable on my inner thigh. Any suggested work outs/exercise that target that area would be great.

It does not work this way. Exercise for thighs will help build muscle and make your thighs stronger, not slimmer.0

You can't chose where fat comes off. If you maintain a calorie deficit, it'll come off where your body wants it to.0

I suspect that once your weight returns to normal, so will your thighs. It's just where the fat landed.0

Not sure if you go to the gym but if you do the the seated abductor and adductor are good to help tone thighs hips and the famous butt. Lol. Hope this helps.0
