During morning weigh ins, I find that I'm still lingering in the VERY high 170s. It's been hard to motivate myself to exercise after work (especially because I spend a total of 4 hours commuting each day). So I don't know how I'm going to lose 10 lbs by Halloween.

Just weighed in after my 4 day vacation of carb overloads and restaurant portions and happy to report that I am 180lbs (so not much of a set back).

179.2 this morning (last weigh in until Monday). If I didn't have the late night cooler and pistachios, I may have actually been below 179. Hopefully I can watch what I eat this long weekend.

His first day out of the hospital, she got him a hamburger and fries from Harveys... I do not know much about diabetes but I know that is not a food choice I typically make and I am healthy

Went over my calorie count yesterday by 282 calories and now this morning my weigh in was 181.

185.4 last Friday to 179.4 this Friday. My first weigh in was at night and I did chop off 3 inches of hair, which was weighing me down and starting to give me headaches. BUT it does not matter. What matters is that I have met my first goal a week ahead of schedule. HIP HIP HORRAY FOR ME!!!

Guess I'm done with the water weight. 181.4 :/ Even with the slight increase, I am happy to say I have remained under my calorie goal everyday so far. And have managed to avoid late night snacks

Tonight I decided to turn things around. My food intake was logged and I would slowly continue going up if I ate how I did today (worst part was snacks/junk food). I weigh 185.4lbs... Feel free to add me. Lost 15 lbs in the new year but have 10 lbs to go. I've been at a stand still for almost a month. No motivation to exercise and having trouble fighting temptation. It's timeto get back oin track! !!

I kind of lost my way after my vacation in February. Luckily I've only gone up to 172 lbs but I still need help remotivating *food and exercise* so I can reach my summer target of 160 lbs. Will you be starting a new challenge? Or is there anyone interested in being a "reporting buddy"???
