:) hi

Great goal. Good luck. :)

Good for you :)

It sucks how we can never just do it and be done. I've had to return in December because once I reached my goal, I was TERRIBLE at maintenance.

Summerkissed is completely right. My daughter is 3 years old and I include her in the works outs.... and it helps her develop good habits. We walk together or I put on the youtube videos "just dance kids". We call it "girls dance party". I follow the moves on the video. She is starting to do more of the moved but she also…

I have started precutting vegetables and have multiple dips (cheese, hummus, Salsa, tzaziki & onion dips). When I get cravings, I grab some of the veggies and pick which dip will best help with my craving.

Still waiting to see doctor but he has developed dry eye, and fatigue. Then after eating he was getting a blotchy face. After some food trial, it appears gluten/wheat is his issue. He has been off it a week and he feels much better. Going to continue eating this way until his appointment.

I'm a vegetarian and just started a vegan Protein Powder. It did not taste great but maybe it will grow on me.

Just checked the grocery store and there was one small section for gluten free. Bought a few things to try.

I live in Ontario Canada. Unfortunately I am about two hours from Toronto, in a town of 17000. I think I would need to drive into the city to get good selection of gluten free foods.

All the staff at the school I work in were talking about it last week. Had no idea what it was all about so I watched the first epslisode during my last treadmill workout.

My inner thighs started rubbing together when I walked... and it was ruining my clothes.

Bed- I have those days, stomach is grumbling and every thought is about food. Once I have competed my tasks for the day, sometimes it's just easier to go to bed then try to fight it. If it's just too early to sleep, I read and respond to these posts (popcorn and pop are on my mind).

My daughter and I baked semi healthy muffins today. AND I put most in the freezer...

I've started "checking" where my weight would be in five weeks if I added the food. Sometimes I think that it's worth it but most times I decide it's not worth it and I come online and try and keep myself distracted.

I can completely relate. Gave up on my junk food. .. usually one little bag of chips and a stop at donut shop. I have cut back on my carbs overload and upped my vegetable intake. I've also started to exercise but progress isn't happening as I would have hoped. I actually looked at the diet section in the drug store. But…

All I do is think about food :-(

You can add me. I've been working at it since the end of December. Did well the first two weeks but slumping this week. I am stuck at 177 lbs and trying to get below 150 lbs

Height/weight/age? I am 5'10 and started at 185lbs. In the few weeks watching my weight I am now at 178 lbs. How much do you have to lose? My goal is to get down to 160lbs by summer but set my goal to 2 lbs a week because we have a family vacation to Mexico in February and I was hoping to shed a few pounds before then. How…

I won't watch Netflix unless I am on the treadmill... so if I want to watch a tv series... must get on the treadmill. I don't always push it BUT I figure even a slow walk is better than the couch.

I have the program set up to lose 2 lbs a week. It allows me to have 1200 calories a day. I love (and am used to eating lots of) grains and cheese. I have been making my calorie count by little substitutions.... making fajitas minus the wrap or vegetable sandwich instead of grilled cheese, pasta sauce with garlic bread…

I like the quote. May make it my Screensaver.

Thanks for the article. Gives me a few exercises to add to my work out.
