That sounds like good advice. Maybe I’ll bump it to 1400-1500, and keep exercising. to give myself a little wiggle room to work on no binging and tightening up my calorie counting

Yep, I try to count my bad days as best I can one of the bad one I ate around 2000 calories and another I had about 2300 calories and the least bad time I messed up it was a daily total of around 1600 calories I have struggled with binge eating since I was a teen so only three really bad days out of weeks didn’t seem so…

It’s been a Like 5 weeks, and I don’t think so. I don’t eat more than 1400 calories even if I workout for an hour and when I don’t work out I eat around 1200-1300 I have had a few bad days, like 3 or so where I went way over. But it’s not all the time

I have between 800 and 1,050. I'm 25, F, 5'6 and 142 pounds. Started at 154 less than a month ago though so not doing to bad. Except that right now I'm just bouncing between 140 and 142 :-/
