I'm a district nurse so don't do night shifts - thank goodness. trouble is though I spend a lot of my day sat down in front of a computer now, I'm actually going to see a patient today - yey :smiley: I haven't got a fitbit but hoping to get one soon.

I've done a few over the last 15 years. One on Kilimanjaro when climbing it, another in France by Pegasus bridge. I went to Spain a few weeks ago and didn't take my gps- then realised there were loads of caches nearby. It's great fun and it's been amazing watching it grow over the years.

me too... I've got 42 pounds to lose. Mostly though I want to be as fit as I was then - or as near as I can get it. I'm now district nursing. My boys are grown up so just me and my husband at home, I think that makes it a lot easier as I only have to do meals for us. I'm new to this forum and would love support too. ps…
