  • I'm a district nurse so don't do night shifts - thank goodness. trouble is though I spend a lot of my day sat down in front of a computer now, I'm actually going to see a patient today - yey :smiley: I haven't got a fitbit but hoping to get one soon.
  • I've done a few over the last 15 years. One on Kilimanjaro when climbing it, another in France by Pegasus bridge. I went to Spain a few weeks ago and didn't take my gps- then realised there were loads of caches nearby. It's great fun and it's been amazing watching it grow over the years.
  • me too... I've got 42 pounds to lose. Mostly though I want to be as fit as I was then - or as near as I can get it. I'm now district nursing. My boys are grown up so just me and my husband at home, I think that makes it a lot easier as I only have to do meals for us. I'm new to this forum and would love support too. ps…
