I've had reasonable success with just keeping my food in line with LCHF and still drinking. I find the next morning if I start straight off again with a LCHF breakfast and have the right foods in the house ready to go I don't go find carbs. I do usually end up eating over my goal on both days but as long as i stick to theโฆ

Haha I'm the worst for artificial sweeteners - I sink about six cans of diet coke a day. Interesting article but I'm willing to take the risk... No one is having my diet coke off me!

I use proscuitto or parma ham and a full fat cream cheese to make little rolls. 5 of those and a white coffee does me til 12 and i absolutely love them

Thank you! Although knowing a thing and putting it into practice are worlds apart! I have my hen do this weekend so that's a wash out but other than that I'm going to really knuckle back down and avoid the booze!

@swezeytba I did really well for the first couple of weeks but a few things have derailed me a bit this month. Overall though I am noticing a big improvement in my hunger so thats a big positive. I still find it very difficult avoiding alcohol though which tends to set my eating off in the wrong direction. I am finding theโฆ

I don't think the sample on here is in any way representative of the overall population. Supposedly 11% of the population are ESTJ but I haven't seen any others in the thread at all.
