I have the charge and it seems to be on point if your running or walking but I lift weights a lot and it doesn't come close to logging my calories burned. It's handy enough for day to day activities though. I have a kid as well and you won't find a better workout than that haha happy new year all!

Also let yourself have a cheat day on weekend. You gotta reward yourself a little.
