If you're tired and binging then you're probably not eating enough and retaining water. Leave it at 1400 for a few weeks and keep an eye on your measurements and/or BF%.

Me: I'm in a calorie deficit. Gotta lose a couple pounds. Friend: then why are you eating cookies? Me: :|

Everyone's talking about not being able to imagine the amount of food... But what about the amount of money?! I could never afford that kind of calorie intake :o eating 1 1/2 months worth of food in a single pay check? EEK!

How about, 'I live in the Arctic, it's minus 40C windchill and I have a choice of either running through a foot of ice-capped snow or on a rounded, icy grid-road'... Is that enough of an excuse?

I drink Nighty Night every evening before bed. It's a sweet tea, obviously zero caffeine as its medicated to help you sleep. I buy from David's Tea but I think Walmart and the like could have it too.

Lol my cat always gets in the way of my workouts. I'll go to do a lunge and nearly step on him cause he's sprawled out on his back right in front of me! That's usually when I bust out the catnip and sprinkle it all over his bed in the corner out of the way.

Ate light breakfast and dinner to compensate for a planned evening snack. YUM! and stayed within my goal!

As long as your intentions are sincere and you ensure that she fully understands you and your loyalty to her then I don't see the harm in telling her how you feel. Just don't let it get to the point where this becomes detrimental to your relationship

That was me this morning, too. 'Oh, my work clothes are in the dryer. They won't be done in time!'... I put them on wet and went for my run anyway bahahaha high five to both of us!

Yee haw!!

I go for a run. Always makes me feel lighter and more accomplished... Even if neither of those accounts are necessarily true.

I know it's only morning but finally hit that point in C25K where I'm beginning to feel the burn. Wanted to quit 3/4 into the session but I didn't. Now I feel like a super hero! BOO YA!

Oh, I am jealous, Trish. I've always wanted to run the Mudder. It's one of my main drives for getting into shape!

Hello! I'm Bree! I'm 23 years old. Current weight 205 (GW 160). I'm not really in need of motivation but this challenge looks like it'll be a lot of fun so I thought I'd join in. I work on a ranch, breeding and raising Beef cattle. Spring time is the busy season with all the little babies being born so starting March 1…

Alright, I'm in!

Bought a bunch of junk food yesterday and left them on the counter to tempt me. Didn't give in! Hopefully they'll still be sitting there next Saturday.

Quick question; can maintainers join?
-
If I could give you one piece of advice it would be to find motivation in something other than a the scale number because otherwise you're never going to succeed. Trust me. I'm working on my beating my previous 'lifestyle change' record, too. Dwelling on how much I still have to lose to reach an all new makes me absolutely…

I will strive to eat ALL of my calories in the hopes of slowing my weight loss to a sustainable rate. At least for today.
-
I wake up between 4 and 5am to get my morning run in... So... Either you do it or you don't.
-
Weight? Height? Are you tracking everything and accurately? What's your sodium level?
-
Came home to discover a box of glazed donuts sitting on the counter! ACK!!! I didn't eat one, though!

Measuring tape. Measure your waist, hips, and arms. Or, if you don't like to see the numbers just get a piece of rope and use that as a faux-belt.
-
Bump up to 1lb loss or even maintenance for the day and give yourself the opportunity to choose, just for today, whatever you want to eat. I have a hard time fighting cravings when I know I have a huge deficit to follow but when I give myself the chance to indulge I always find that I end up voluntarily staying within my…
