There are lots of stretches you can do at your desk, just search online. Also chew gum, the stronger the flavour the better.

God yes, I have an implant now which keeps aunt flow away but I could never get myself to exercise when she was around

I lift but am very small and can't lift much yet. I continue regardless but do get snickers and smirks from men using weights 10 times the weight of mine. It is off putting but I just think "P*** off! Did you rock up one day and start with the heavy ones?" Not gonna hurt myself to impress strangers.

O how adorable. I love them, beautiful creatures. Have looked into getting one myself but my boyfriend concerned it may eat the cats.

I have suffered from a lot of stress in the past and I'm aware this probably going to annoy you an incredible amount but cardio! It can help a little in short term but is great in the long term, I know when you're stressed the last thing you wanna do is treadmill/dance but it does help I swear.

I'm giving up capcake, little mini muffins are my fav post gym snack. I will be ding some sort of exercise even if it's just mild stretching on my none gym days

Fake it till you make it. I walk nude to and from showers in gym, somehow I feel good. I'm wondering if my gym has skewed mirrors.

I would be okay being a mentor. I'm afraid I've only been on mfp since the beginning of December so I d understand if no-one wants me but I'll throw my hat in anyway. No more than 3 though, I'm on everyday and log everything as well as doing plenty of exercise. Don't know anything about fitbit or any other apps, only mfp.…

Thank you very much these threads have helped him. Plus I had him find out exactly what this mate is drinking and it's some silly expensive stuff that we can't afford so he may give it up after all. Thank for all the advice.

@juggernaut1974 thanks. If he realises he's fallen for hype without facts he may think it through properly then if he still wants to he can plan a way to do it in a healthy-ish way.

If anyone has done this what would be the best thing for him to drink? Meal replacement or just pure fruit smoothies is the main question. I want advice on how he can do this safely. @jemhh No he's not planning on drinking any prep drinks. So it's useless but not dangerous?

@juggernaut1974 He is an adult, I can't make him eat. Is one day a week really so bad? Surely it's not long enough to slow his metabolism way down and at least he's not drinking sugar with fruit flavouring.
