Little confused about activity level.
I've set my activity level to low as I'm mostly sitting at work, but I do a short workout every day and hit it hard at the gym 3 times a week so should I be at a higher level since I only work 25 hours a week.

Fat/ Muscle
So, just found out my body fat is fairly low (yey) now lets do better! How do I turn fat into muscle? Don't care what the scales say it's all about my good friend mr mirror. Yes I do lift weights but specific tips and tricks would be great.

Question.
I weigh myself every week, usually on the same day. Last week I was a couple of days late and saw that I had lost 3lb in nine days. I feel great and exercise enough that I can eat enough so I'm not hungry so if I feel good should I just not worry? It just seems like a lot in such a short space and I don't really understand…

one day juice.
A friend of my partner does a juice fast one day a week so my partner wanted to try it to so he can detox. I don't know if this is smart or whether he should be drinking fruit juice or meal replacement drinks. I doubt I can talk him out of this so any advice would be appreciated.
