So, just found out my body fat is fairly low (yey) now lets do better!

How do I turn fat into muscle?

Don't care what the scales say it's all about my good friend mr mirror.

Yes I do lift weights but specific tips and tricks would be great.

You can build muscle by finding a good progressive lifting program and eat enough protein. Stronglifts is a good beginner program for lifting.

Building muscle means eating a calorie surplus, losing fat means calorie deficit.

There is something called a recomp where you eat just below maintenance and lose fat and build muscle but it doesn't work for everyone (I believe it works best for people who are new to lifting). I'm not an expert on recomp and there's a good thread somewhere about it but I don't have the link, sorry. Also a recomp is a long process not a quick one.

I guess to give advice what is your specific goal? To lose more fat or start building muscle, because doing both at the same time isn't necessarily easy.

    Fat doesn't turn into muscle.

If you want muscle eat lots of carbs and protein within your caloric goal of bulking and lift progressively and have patience.

    Good luck :)
