In a preworkout fueled 5am fog one morning I added two 25's to the bar instead of the tens I needed for my working sets of squats... felt a bit heavy on the way down... couldn't tell you how it felt coming back up though. :D

Local chain used to be Tastee Donuts (closed up when I was a teen, one standalone has opened back up).. now it's Joe's and "Coffee &" insaaaaane good donuts.. Krispy Kreme is good if they're hot and if there's no other donut source within driving distance IMHO lol

The only sentence that applies to actual science of weightloss is eat less calories than you burn. That's it. Size of your meals, how often you eat, what time you eat has little to no effect on weightloss. Stick to a moderate caloric deficit and succeed. If you're going by calories burned on your tracker, I'd drop to sedentary and add from there.

Fantastic job and i did the same thing, lost pretty much all of it on my own without actually tracking but joined MFP for the final stretch!

Pick up a simple kitchen scale and weigh everything you consume. Seems annoying at first but you get used to and (and cry when you see how little peanut butter you can eat.. :'( :D )
