  • Hi AJ! I have very similar starting and goal weights -though I'm a couple of years older and a few inches shorter :) I've lost almost 7lbs since March and want to be somewhere in the 120's. I finally realized that slow and steady is the only way I'm going to get anywhere.

  • Just started boxing, and it's been great for legs, abs, back and of course arms. I never look like I lost anything unless I build muscle, so this has let me do that and get the cardio in at the same time.
