In cutting after a bulk, the general recommendation is equal or just slightly more than your body weight in protein, not less, to retain muscle. There will. Certainly be some who disagree ... but from those in the field, there ya go.

Yes (generally). Horror: Keep ripping through new shirts. Success: Keep ripping through new shirts. Ok, not really. Creatine is simply an "edge giver" that might enable an extra couple reps. It's not magic in building muscle... it just enables the body to push a bit more of the function (energy output) that stimulates…

Yep. Food scale. So, say, a chicken breast serving is 4 oz. You weigh that amount and put aside the rest and wala. So how do you mean "how to calculate?"
-
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. You have to check first. Usually it's just for the dish, sides not included. That said, it's an estimate. If Chef Leroy decides to add more cheese or dressing or sauce...

We were in some commercials for them and got the facility tour, etc. Ive seen plenty of success stories and it's a cool model. Kubex is as good as the effort you put into it, just like anywhere else. However, they do take the guesswork out of workouts and offer up privacy and efficiency, which many people appreciate. That…

I'm sure it varies physique to physique. I know many a women who in prep and show are sad because while a well built booty will always have its aesthetics, fat loss does reduce volume and "pop". Granted, leanness accentuates certain aspects in its own rights by perhaps reducing some fat in areas but the "lifted and…

Congrats on your activity. Woot! There's thing you do when youre syarting out and things you do when you finally realize what you're doing. Any tips to cut sugar or carbs or not eat after 6 or guzzle protein shakes or do a handstand while drinking 64 oz. Of water upside down should be greeted with a kung fu punch to the…

You lose fat and those glutes are gonna lose some volume. Mentally prepare because... C'est la vie.

Pfffft. No. Snapping at the dog, kicking the dishwasher and collapsing in a sobbing heap by 430 PM is totally normal for dieting.

No. No. And no. Just ate a Twix Ice Cream bar. And 3 brownies. And it's 11:22 pm. I will be drinking a carb loaded shake at 1 am. Then plan to go to bed 5 minutes after. As far as my anecdotal experience, I do this almost daily. Last weigh in I lost .5 lbs and dropped body fat.

Neeeegative. Your empty carbs gave your diet a nice warm huuuug. Yum! Science and stuff: An empty carb has your body like, "Thanks for the energy, Lady!" A complex carb has your body like, "Thanks for the energy and the bonus of fiber and extra vitamins and minerals, Dude!" Too much of either has your body like, "Can't use…

Carbs make you... yuge. Like, Massive. Like, planetoidenal drawing gravity huge. In fact, carbs single-handedly account for the world obesity epidemic, the election of Donal Trump, the not-election of Hillary Clinton AND recent studies point to their hand in global warming. Carbs have also been shown to have played a large…

Hate being hit on. Or when someone asks to feel my biceps. Or takes selfies with my abs, wants me to break pencils with my pecs or asks to bounce quarters off my glutes. Or when people interrupt my set to tell me how good looking I am. Or when people humble brag on the treadmill right next to me. Any of those are JUST THE…

You should never have to unrack another's weights. Demand justice!

You're more detailed than I so I'd say that's probably ballpark + or - 3-5g fat. You could also weight the mixture before it's stuffed, then pull it and weigh it again and assume the added weight is from the turkey grease, and subsequently add that back. Sure, there may be some condensation that seeps in there too (or some…

Get up an hour earlier and do some kind of workout before each trip, then be on your way...?

I don't get the PF hate. But I do know chalk isn't a thing there.

None. The correct answer is none alrernatives.

No. You are a patriot, an annointed saint of the Temple of Gains and a true hypertrophy hero.

Not a dumb question. At all. As long as it fits your calories for weight loss, it's not going to make you fat. It might not be NUTRITIOUS and it'll eat up A LOT of your calories because of fat and carbs, so it may take some trade-off with what you eat in a day but overall, it's not the food... it's the amount. Signed- Guy…

Yep. Protein has its place for sure... but it's not the end all be all magical catalyst it's often made out to be.

Two weeks isn't too much of a plateau. I'd say you're doing it right to increase the calories and see how it plays out. Might be a little soon but you can see how you respond to that over the next couple weeks.
