Must be because I'm seriously angry for the duration of my period, but I do upto 150% of my usual workouts! I tend to get really angry that my weight loss isn't going to show (I tend to bloat) and take it all out on the rowing machine hahaha!

What is your loss set to? For as little as 25-30lbs I'd say 0.5-1lb a week is good! The lower your loss, the more likely it is to stick! Low n' slow, baby.

Hahaha it's a good thing

I gym by myself mostly... And because I'm not very strong yet I use a cheap/local gym with barbells going up to pairs of 15kgs and a total of 55kg in weights for the bar so all of the males at my gym are sadly a little scrawny and usually disappear (presumably to the expensive, better equipped "fitness club") before…

Go to the gym and start working. The adrenaline will soon kick in and then you'll be motivated! Until then you'll need willpower I'm afraid!

Okay first make sure your profile is all set up correctly! Your height, weight, goals and if you have less than 25lb to lose I suggest 0.5lb/week; less than 50lb, try 0.5 or 1lb a week; more than 50lb 2lbs if you want... You can always change this if you want once you've got the hang of everything. • Invest £5-10 on a food…

If you go into mfp "APPS" section, I'm vaguely aware you can connect your fitbit so that you can click sedentary and it will update your calories automatically?

No problemo! It's always really hard at first so anything I can do!

5ft2 here! I started 6 weeks ago as of Tuesday and have lost 3.2kg! I've also lost a serious 3 inches from my waist alone and more elsewhere due to cutting meal sizes a little; snacking ALOT less; and lifting heavy weights to keep/gain muscle mass! I was slim-fat when I started and seriously unfit, and now I'm full of…

Was about to say! Total 0% is about 50kcal per 100g and has something like 10g of protein in it! And if you're on a budget Tesco low fat fromage frais is again 50kcal with 8g of protein for about 1/3 of the price!

You might have lost more, you might have lost less - at first the body can be a little unpredictable, but for me by week 3 I started seeing a steady loss (I'm losing at about 0.25-0.3kg/week) so keep it up! Remember that a loss is a loss and just stick to it no matter what the scale says!

I used to drink the gravy at kfc, but a few days ago I absolutely had a swig (the whole tub had been fit into my diary anyway) and couldn't even finish all of the 1 x thigh, 1 x drummer that I had logged because the gravy made my tummy turn! I still enjoyed it until that point, but there was satisfaction in knowing I was…

Who doesn't like friends!?

The stupidest thing I ever did was the workout my Academy gym teacher suggested to us!

Hey,you're not the only one, I'm consistently here after Christmas or when I notice my underwear starting to get a little tight! Welcome back! Did you keep logging at maintenance at all once you'd lost the weight before? Maybe an idea for this time around so you keep it off!

"I wish my chest was as big as his" @sith78 hahaha, you look like you must be pretty broad
-
I did that hahaha, can't say it was for an article though! When I was 14 (and a 5ft size 14) I used to glug down green smoothies WITH my balanced meals, eating tonnes of nuts and raisins all the time in the hopes of being as mini as my friends... Back in the day before I knew more than what was a healthy food or not!

Milk or banana blended into milk before bed! Depending how hungry you are! You must be the change - if a salad doesn't look good don't have just a boring salad. A baked potato with tuna; taco filling; prawn cocktail! All sorts of delicious things can be made to fit your dietary needs, which i find improves your eating…

Are you logging accurately? Are you eating at a deficit? You can lose weight on skittles (you'd be very hungry) or gain weight eating chicken salads if you're not eating at a deficit!

Go to the gym whenever you get the chance! Don't be afraid to do exercise at home! Buggy walks are suuuuch good exercise, depending how old your kids are and if they're too big for a buggy then walking is good for them too! Other benefits may include: • tired/quiet children (less fuss at bedtime)! • 1hr walk = 1hr that…

I suggest... The gym! Intense workouts are going to help you lose as much as possible! You won't have time to faff about though so make sure you get yourself sweating! I personally suggest weight lifting as it can help tone you in the long run (assuming you'll be back after your holiday) and well, because I hate and…

1lb of muscle is around half the size of 1lb of fat. You've probably gained muscle and possibly even lost fat too if you are working out hard! I'm losing at the moment but I lift intense and heavy 3-5x a week so even though I only lost 0.6lb last week I lost inches all over (except for my gigantic butt haha). Be happy that…

Tinned tuna has been a lifesaver to me at times! I used to barely eat it in a meal and now I could eat it straight from the tin! I also love itsu instant meals -their soup is about 160-170kcal and really filling due to the angel hair noodles! Not sure if you will find it locally, but I'm sure Amazon sells them too!
-
It takes less time to chop a lettuce, tomato and cucumber than it does for the microwave to beep. • tinned tomatoes can be heated with a little salt as soup. • Try to cook things like boiled eggs in advance, then have them sat in the fridge for grabbing! • I always have cold chicken in the fridge - a tsp fromage frais…

If your goal was set correctly you're not eating enough!
