Hi I love this thread. For December I would like to track calories even if I go over quite a bit. It’s good to get back into the habit to carry on into January. December is a tough month full of food and drink temptations . Good luck everyone and Happy Christmas

Hi So sorry to hear your struggling. It doesn’t matter how much you have to lose I think most people find it hard to get the balance right between calorie increase versus calorie deficit.
