met yesterdays goal!! Friday 1/6 Goal 1. 30 minutes on my indoor bike or elliptical 2. Not eat all my exercise calories back...family coming over for pizza.. If I could just not eat ALL of them I'll be doing good! 3. Drink at least 6 cups of water 4. Log everything 5. Only one glass of wine this evening.

I always gain a little when I hit the gym hard for a few days. Water repair weight. It sucks.. but it means you've done something right to your body! keep going!

Had to buy new pants. Womens 12's are a little too big in the waste but fit in the legs (thick legs). The lady behind the counter recommended junior section.. she gave me a curvy 13 .. and they fit perfectly in the waste and the curvy allowed room for my tree trunks... THE JUNIOR SECTION!!!! I had to get past thinking.. I'm going on ANOTHER diet. I've changed my whole entire lifestyle. I eat smaller portions and healthier options and I move my body more... results show..which keep me motivated to keep going. I may fall down for a week.. a month. But I get right back up and keep going.. cause I love those…

We do veggie tacos a lot in our house with either hard shell tacos or the low calorie wheat tortillas. Beer battered fish filet ( I buy the frozen ones) with veggies on the side For lunches, I usually stick with a frozen meal like lean cuisine, they have several varieties so I don't get too tired of them. Or a low calorie…

I love jerky!! But it always makes me gain because of the sodium. So I only indulge on homemade deer jerky when it's in season. :smile:

I start off with coffee (with heavy whipping cream) every morning at 7. I eat a Danon Light & Fit Greek yogurt around 9:30 - 10am. Those are 80 calories and high in protein. So not too bad in calories and gets rid of the growling until lunch.

I confess that I eat little things like a hershey's kiss or a bite of this or a bite of that and do not log it..

I stalk people... and their children then photograph them. I then put the photographs on my computer so I can look at them anytime I want.

this is a great question! My fitbit Flex doesn't add calories burned to MFP, but when I log to MFP it adds it to fitbit.. not sure what i'm doing wrong. So logging my workout is my only option.
