I'm down 37 right and would like to loose another 15 or so. I've tried doing 1 pound per week and didn't seem to loose anything. Just kind of stayed the same even with pretty regular exercise. I usually finish out my days with 300-400 calories left over but still gain on the weekends. This weekend there is nothing fun…

I ran 2 miles..without stopping in 27 minutes!!! I never would have been able to do that 36 pounds ago!!

9 hours per day at a desk right here, so I understand! I get .60 of mile walked on my 10 minute breaks, twice per day. So that's 120 minutes of walking each week. I use the map my run app, it's part of MFP. It has GPS for outdoor activities so it will calculate automatically that way. It also allows you to log your own work out. When I lift weights or do an intense cardio routine I always gain afterwards. Your body holds in water to protect your muscles that you're taring up while working out. Maybe that's what's going on since weight lifting is kind of new. Regardless, great job on your success so far!!

Just today I was able to take off my pants and pull them back up with out unbuttoning!! Pants shopping here I come!! Whoop!!! AND over the weekend I wore leggings and a t-shirt... in public.. and got told I looked skinny.
