Excercise is everywhere. Instead of leaving the toy your child left on the floor squat and pick it up. Do calf raises while doing dishes. Chase your daughter , dance party with your Family ( my favorite ) have crazy wild xxx with your husband. Go run and fly a kite ..... I think you get he idea start just being more active…

Hey! Feel free to add me. I do a little bit lower fat because I was having pain with high fat but feel free to look at my log. I try to log everyday for now at least. Hard to restart and this totally helps. You have already accomplished the hardest part which is deciding to come back ! Your already strong. Keep it up !

I am going through a similar thing with kids and life and work. I hear you and feel you. What is my suggestion. Realize you are human and set short goals and survive. Try to stay true to your way of eating but if you splurge forgive yourself there is a reason your body needed it and did it. Get back on the diet and go.…

I want in! I was so good for a long time. I lost 4.5% body fat and then I got gallstones and then I went away for two weeks where I didn't really control my food. I want to get back in. This is perfect. I can do it for one month! Please hold me accountable. I know we can do this ! Thanks for starting. My first day is today

Thanks so much for the comments. Out of town now but plan on doing the ultrasound when I get back. Have changed my diet to less fat but I have found that I am snacking and not feeling mentally or physically as good. Hoping to be able to go back to the way I was. Thanks again.

So I think my real question was missed. I am not having surgery now for sure. I want to continue with this high fat low carb diet because I feel good on it over all but they are saying not recommended. Does any one know how to modify it ?

I have that on and off too. I discussed it with a weight loss doctor and she says. Power through it drinks lots of water. It's your body's way of adjusting to all the fat. I personally still hate the feeling but it does come and go less often the longer you are doing it.

I have had a slowing down in my weight loss doctor told me prob related to my Diet Coke that I hang every day or other day. Trying to go two weeks without pop to see if it works. Let me tell you in miss it a ton ! I do chew gum daily I didn't even think that maybe that makes a difference too.... Oh man don't want to have…
