I started back at the beginning of December, and have lost nearly 60 pounds since then. My starting weight was 283, and my current weight is about 225. Right now, my goal is to lose 10 pounds a month until I get to 175 (so for the next 5 months), after which point I will be happy with a 5 pound a month loss until I get to…

I've lost almost 50 pounds, but still have 90+ more to lose. I have learned to enjoy the journey, and the progress, and the successes. You can do it, one day, one meal, one choice at a time.

I never reached 300, but got pretty close (my high weight was 290). Add me if you'd like; I am pretty determined and I am doing it with my husband (who is currently in his low-300s after losing almost 100 pounds from his high weight).

You can do it! One day at a time... I started my journey a few months ago, not knowing if I could do it. Now, I am convinced I can. I am stronger than I thought I was! 50 pounds gone, and about 90 more to go.

Good luck! I started a few months ago, and am down just shy of 50 pounds. Now, I only have about 90 pounds to go! Add me if you'd like!

I started at 283, and set my goal to lose half my weight, so 141.5. Currently, I am at 233.6. As I get closer to my goal weight, I will adjust it. I want to look healthy, so I may set it higher or lower, depending on how I carry it.

My husband and I hired a trainer. He comes once a week, but helps us write up a plan on what to do on the days he is not here. Although it costs a bit, it has been worth EVERY penny.

My name is Ang, and my goal it to lose about 100 more pounds (currently down 44 so far since I started; 33 according to mfp since I didn't hear about this app until after I started my journey). A little about me: I am 34 years old. I am married and have one daughter. I love to travel, although my budget prevents me…

I like green tea with honey. I know, but I like my coffee sweet. So milk would solve part of the problem, but I'd probably compensate by adding extra sugar. I guess I need to rephrase my question. Is there a reason I should add caffeine back in to my daily life, or not? If I should, I guess I'll have to make sure…
