I appreciate all of the comments as I'm trying to decide between WW and MFP. Pros and cons to both but I can't make up my mind. Feelfree to friend me as I can use all the support I can get.

I know it was scheduled to start today, but I started yesterday. I was motivated, so I didn't want to wait. Anyway, I just did Day 2 - Total Body Training - but I'm not sure how to track it in MFP. Any ideas? Would it be considered circuit training? Thanks!
