Hi Sarah, Welcome! You can do this. I just recently reached my goal weight. I was 300 lbs. and now I'm at 140 with 18% BMI, it took me 5 years. I got a little side tracked a couple of years ago but got back after it. Diet and exercise, no surgery. I recommend setting smaller obtainable goals and focus on one day at a time.…
