I am 12 h shift and I usually buy fruits,vegetables,even canned fish to eat. I don't care what anybody says. They can laugh but in the end they are the 200 kg fat lazy *kitten*.

Yes, Sofia marathon (42 km) but I don't have a lot of time for long runs so I try to compensate with faster short runs.

What actually affects us is when we don't speak our mind when we don't talk with each other and when we hold on anger and frustration that can affect our mental and physical health. If you are with positive mind and you learn how to forgive people you would be a lot happier :)

You can also make vegetable souffle

You can cook it with rice ( and maybe other veggies) in a pot. First you can separetly boil the cauliflower. Then you can turn on the cooker and put 2-3 table spoons of oil, then after you have washed the raw rice put it in the pot and mix it for 2-3 min with the oil, then add water you can add vegetable broth for taste…
