My fav for breakfast is oatmeal boiled in water, then I drain the oats add 1tbsp honey (I know it is not vegan but it is good for the lungs) and banana. Update: I stop taking Beta Alanin and I feel a lot better + I started eating plant based ( with some junk included from time to time of course). My last marathon time (Sofia marathon, 42 km) 3:40, my last 5k 21:34. But I am eating plant based only for a couple of days so we shall see how it goes.

Almost 2 years (since November-December 2014), I usually run around 60-70 km per week, 8-10 km a day sometimes I run longer distances but recently I don't have time.

Yesterday I took Beta Alanin for the first time and my time was slightly better 38:45 8k taking into account it was very hot and the air was heavy and I leave near the beach.

Ok I will try to eat more food, log more accurately and increase mileage.

If I go out in the dark in my neighborhood I will have to be really fast so I prefer to go when the sun is up.

Depends for what are you working. If you are working more on speed, shorter distance,intervals go for 10 k if you go more for LSD (long slow distance) go for half either way just have fun and enjoy it :)

I don't call this weight loss success in any way. When I started working I was very stressed out and didn't ate a lot and yes I lost a lot of weight but that is really bad for your health and it was probably muscle mass.

Finding the right diets has always been hard for me, I need to figure that out. I get confused of all this diets.

I have my cal at 1500 but the problem is when I am below 50 kg I feel anemic . I don't have nutritionist or trainer.
