Sorry I must leave this a bit early as I will be away till October 6th..
You choose your own type of 'moving challenge' and log the progress just like we did for September......

My personal goal will be to walk 2400 steps daily for the 31 days in addition to my other activities.3

Going to keep my goal the same as last month, since it was challenging, but possible.
Goal: 50 miles walking/glider machine; 25 miles SUP4 -
I am setting my goal at 210 miles(for the 4th time)--I am going to push to make this goal!2

I would like to join. I am a bit new so I don't know the format. My goal for Oct is to get a total of 150 miles biking and/or jogging.2

I am in for 155 miles of walking in October. I did this in August and felt amazing.4

life gave me unexpected "rest" days, but gonna shoot for 250 miles, shouldn't be too bad. Let's do this!3

Just choose what you're gonna do. (you chose 150 miles) You can LOG your progress right here on the forum. Feel free too check out what we've done in September...daily or weekly or whenever you get the chance too play catch up here on the boards rylache.......2 -

A bit shy of my goal due to a little health drama, however, I'm still making progress!

Count me in again, using my elliptical and stationary bike. Since I surpassed and almost doubled my goal last month I'm increasing it. October's goal for me is 350 miles!3

Figured since it's a race, I already know my mileage for tomorrow, and doubt I will do much more. Also know it will be busy after the race, so may not have time to post tomorrow.
1 October: no miles, just cleaning the closet.

Target this month is 60 miles walking and 60 miles running. I fell short with the running last month but will have a go again. Very tired yesterday but kicking off with a 4.11 mile walk.
