    Figured since it's a race, I already know my mileage for tomorrow, and doubt I will do much more. Also know it will be busy after the race, so may not have time to post tomorrow.

    Target this month is 60 miles walking and 60 miles running. I fell short with the running last month but will have a go again. Very tired yesterday but kicking off with a 4.11 mile walk.

    My goal is 100 miles anything above z a bonus. If i m in and around 80, i m fine either. In conjunction i m also doing T25 and shred in parallel wveryday.

    Need to do some serious catching up already. October 1st was a lot of time spent indoors in various meetings. October 2nd was yard work so not as many steps as I would have hoped.
