Managed to fall almost 17,000 steps behind over the Thanksgiving long weekend. Weather was crappy with the snow so didn't get out as much as I would have liked. I did get to the gym 3 times, but elliptical and bike don't register on my tracker. Time to make up a few steps. Hopefully the weather improves quickly!

Been a bit of a slacker mileage wise...will work on catching up. Tried a zero gravity running machine today - a bit weird, but definitely a good workout. Putting running in with walking/gliding and rowing in with SUP.

Oh at last..... The puppy has had his jabs, I can take him to the park. The great outdoors!! I have felt so trapped!
He is mainly sleeping thru the night now. That just leaves the constant watching for toilet training etc purposes... It is quite a project having a puppy, and so no surprise that my CFS has taken a bit of a hit, and I am finding even walking up stairs a bit of a chore. Hey ho.
So time to set some goals.
I would usually aim for half of the days to be 350+ calorie burns, and the rest atleast 30 mins of activity. But I need to alter to allow for my body to recover. So I will simply count steps for the rest of the month.
