I'm in, but unable to do the huge number of steps or most of the activities like that of others...I'm mobility impaired, so that's not realistic for me. My goal this week is 575 steps/day. Next week, I'll up it to 600 and each week, up it by 25 steps. I have a Garmin Vivosmart HR to record, so I'll give you what my steps have been for the last 4 days, and then when tonight is done, I'll add that, and stay caught up...
Hope you all don't mind someone who can't keep up with the pace you all walk, but at least I'm staying active. Went from maybe 100 steps a day to averaging 600 or so...just not that higher number consistently yet.

Only 1,866 steps behind goal today. Got in a good indoor walk at lunch yesterday. For those who asked I am in Calgary, Alberta. We are having an unusually early cold snap. I have been away as stated in September. I did end September with 146.0 Walking Miles. I still only gave myself 125.0 Mile goal for October because I dont usually get in more than 120 Miles. Going away camping and walking trails always gives me much more. We will see what October brings. The first few days have been great...
