Didn't completely make goal, but happy to see I got into the 40's for walking/gliding. Going to drop that one for next month since I'm spending more time doing strength training and such in the gym. Very happy to have finally met my SUP goal for the month...going to be harder to do as it starts to get colder/rougher on the water. See y'all in November's thread!

My original goal for the month was 155 miles. But I came down with a solid case of the lazies and munchies and now I am kicking myself.
October 1-7 = 36.37 miles
October 8-14 = 15.16 miles
October 15-31 = 53.92
Total for the month so far: 105.46 Miles out of 155. No where near my goal, but I will adjust and move on.

I failed to achieve my goal of 150 miles. I got 120.9 miles, 34.5 running and 86.4 biking. I will try again next month.5
