Are you drinking a lot of water? It could be dehydration. Also, are u taking any fat burners or supplements with caffeine? Do you weigh your food or are u just winging it?

Just so everyone who commented knows. I am not using slimfast anymore and I have moved to whey protein!!!! I am learning to eat healthier and using MFP app to count calories.
