Great post! Congrats! I know it's cliche but I've done the New Years resolution thing this year too. Hoping MFP will help me track and make me more aware of my food intake. Goal is abs :)

Doing the same thing for 2016. Big thing I'm changing is diet, but like you I'm adding in ab exercises since I don't do them regularly enough.
