2016 Goal: Abs

Abs = 2016 resolution

2003 I started my fitness journey, I was at 230lbs and didn't exercise, friend asked if I was pregnant and something clicked. Started running. Over the next two years I lost 45lbs through WW and actually being active.

Maintained that weight until 2010, slowly been inching up, weight training so I never really was concerned, play volleyball 3x a week, lift weights at least 4x, running is down since I moved to NYC to 1x if that.

So, here I stand at the start of 2016, at 229lbs... It's a make or break moment.
I usually have 10 resolutions and keep 5.

This year I have one: abs

To me Abs= diet, exercise, dedication, sacrifice

I know the fundamentals but needed the "click" inside my brain. 229 will never get to 230. Never.

Dedicating myself to MFA today, at the very least to track food, hopefully more.

Any help/suggestions/advice/support appreciated!

    I started trying to lose weight in 2010 and in 2013 I hadn't lost as much as I would have liked, but I was determined to have visible abs. I was told as a female and a mom of two it was going to be nearly impossible. I did it and I wrote this guide for MyFitnessPal:

    Take it a day at a time and focus on diary accuracy. You'll get there!

    diet and consistency, keep your diet good and just keep chipping away, every day you keep to your calorie goal is a day closer to seeing those abs ...there is no quick fix but you will get there, good luck
