I think it really depends? I am considering the subscription, but will do 1 class per day of the free youtube videos first to see if it is going to suit what I want. I'm 90% sure it will, but don't want to pay if I cannot commit. I think it is much cheaper than in-person training so it is a good place to start.

I created a new exercise called Barre, I put the calories as the average of pilates and ballet as this is essentially what Barre classes (the ones I am going to anyway) are!

Thanks. I was diagnosed with IBS 7 years ago. So yes, Ive tried just about every IBS diet/fix/ cook book. Nothing much helps. I usually end up more sick trying to follow them.
