I also exercise before work and use to hit bottom early afternoon, power nap time. I was told to make sure to have protein every meal and if I have a snack include protein in it to. I thought I was eating way to much but eventually realized I had to eat smarter. If my snack is fruit have a handful of almonds too. :)

Go to the store and pick up a 10 lb bag of potatoes. Think about the fact you aren't carrying that on your body anymore. Every pound makes a difference. :-)

I too liked the old WW points plan, I lost 98 lbs using it. I left WW and tried going back but the new plan didn't work for me. I am going to pull out my old WW guide and start using it. It's gotta be better than doing nothing at all. Tracking is the key, regardless of the plan we choose.
