I am not Australian but would like to join your challenge. Most days I get about 5200 steps so could use the extra motivation of a step challenge.

Hey, would love to be a part of your group. I am 64 and live in Tn. My main resolutions for the year are to eat healthier, lower my cholesterol and BP and hopefully lose 20-25 lbs. So far so good. I would love to be friends with any of you that want to exchange motivation and tips. Looking forward to a great year.

Not eating enough can slow your metabolism. I try to eat at least a few bites every couple of hours.

Just watch your cholesterol cause some of those frozen meals have a lot. That was what I was eating for awhile. Last Dr. visit my cholesterol was up.
