I really needed this today. I'm in the middle of some PMS water retention, and the scale has been creeping up and down and back up again. I've been pretty good so far about not letting it bother me, but I have my moments.

I've been using daily burn for about 6 months. I think it's fantastic. There are no good gyms near me, but with daily burn I've been able to get great workouts at home. As someone who has done beachbody programs, I can say that the programs daily burn offers are better.

I have to echo the comment about the dance games. The amount of calories burned is amazing.

I also left WW when they changed to Smart Points. I have a sweet tooth, and my go to treats skyrocketed in points with the new program. I switched to MFP and have had great success!

I just finished two rounds of TBT and started the kettlebell program yesterday. I'm absolutely smitten with Daily Burn. I hope to work my way up to Live to Fail and Black Fire with Bob Harper eventually, but that's a long way off.

I was 7 weeks into my journey when my co-workers said they noticed. I only weigh once a month, so I can't definitively say how much weight I had lost at that point.
