Hey! I’m in! I’m 238 and have tried over and over to get down to 170 and a healthy BMI. Mostly just want a healthy BMI. My goal this year is to stay consistent. That’s something I hardly do anymore.

Yesterday we walked so long up and down hills and such. I agree with eating back some of the calories. I think I actually workout so I can eat!

You're welcome to friend me! I'm 41, had the same goal at 39 and didn't do it. I didn't have any motivators, I was in school, working, running behind kids and making excuses. I came to MFP and some many people support you! I'll cheer you all the way on!

A friend of mine was a ballerina. She said rolling pencils with your feet helps. You rolled them to your heel then back to your toes and pick it up. It helps me a bit but I need to do it more often.
