  • Thank You all for responding. It is so interesting to see all the different ways people eat. I will stick to the 3 meals and 3 snacks a day. But will try to eat lower calories for snacks. Not to say I eat more than my daily 1200 calories. I never do. Just would like to use the calories more for meals than snacks.
  • I came from Weight Watchers, where I ate three times a day then dessert.   • Good question, I have always wondered about that myself. It does bring up an interesting point. Maybe I need to rethink all the snacks.
