I'm not eating much. I've gone from eating whatever, whenever. To not really eating much because I don't want to eat too much and healthy seems quite expensive and I'm not very creative. I'm not exercising much either. I'm a full time single mum, so I'm quite busy, running here and there.

Eating takeaway because I like them but also because they are quick and easy. I am a single mum, so I also have to cater to my daughter and I am wanting her to start life out healthy. Yes, I like eggs. That sounds great, I will try that. Thank you for your suggestions :)

A lot of take away, which I want to stop. Otherwise, meat and veg, usually chicken. And spaghetti bolognaise.
