Did these go away for you when you lost weight?
tired and hungry. Sometimes I fall asleep during the day. This part of dieting is not fun. How do I stop this from happening?

Besides lost weight, I'm hoping for -Stronger, whiter nails -Feeling healthier and fitter -Nicer, softer, stronger hair -Self confidence -Better self esteem -No more or reduced anxiety and depression -Stronger, whiter nails -Better clothes choices etc

How do you all going from takeaways and such, seeming like the cheap and easy option, to healthy foods? They all seem so expensive, especially fruits and vegetables.

Hello, I'm a young mum, wanting to lose weight and get fit. Used to be fit and healthy. In the last few years, I turned to food and tv for comfort from some stress in life, including having a few close people pass away. I would like to get back to myself for my child :)
