Celery sticks in hummus are one of my favorites. Also any kind of berry, especially raspberry for me, really helps with my sugar cravings (which are honestly getting less as time goes on!) An herbal tea is great too.

Down 4lbs this week :D My personal weigh in day is different, I'll try to remember next round to post on the right day. Been focusing on portions, eating when I'm hungry, and going to the gym regularly. I feel fantastic!

I did! I walked 2.15mi although it took me an hour. Burned 222.5 calories :D

One of my favorites this time of year is my Fauxtato Leek Soup. 1 head of cauliflower (broken into pieces) 3-4 leeks (chopped up to the end of the white bit) garlic and salt to taste 1-3 bay leaves I put everything into a crockpot and fill with water or homemade chicken stock.
