You have to continue to adjust your deficit! My daily cal goal 1650. If I lose 2 pounds next week, I need to drop that number alittle...otherwise im not at a 500 cal deficit!

ive tried with just one meal in advance, just because I already know say..for dinner tonight I have 1200 cals left and I am already thinking about how I want to spend em! Anything past 1 meal I haven't tried!

im not on my cycle but...lol, my scale does the same thing. step on..weighs one thing..step off and back on..gained 1 pound. It's ridiculous. That's why I just weigh in once a week and take it with a grain of salt. I let my peers be the one to tell me "are you losing weight"? ...why yes, yes I am!

You have to throw that scale out the window. We are a society that are addicted to the scale. Instead, track inches. Want to know a fix...try to gain weight! Yes, you heard that right..gain weight...but GOOD weight..muscle! muscle weighs more than fat. So, focus on building some muscle through calisthenics..you will more…

I don't use a gym either. I walk about 15-20 miles a week.. jog some as well and do calisthenics. Pushups, situps, jumping jacks, etc. anything to burn cals. Then I LOG them on MFP.. The key to your success is going to be..making logging cals a part of your life forever. If you are logging your cals and exercise daily then…
