I ate 1 can of Progresso Light clam chowder soup (200 cals for the whole can) and 6 Mt.Olive sweet Gherkin sugar free pickles (0 cals). Total 200 cals. :-)

Something I am currently experimenting with is leaving food ON my plate when I am done. I say out loud "I am stuffed, I am full, I cant eat another bite if I wanted too". Even though I still may want it. I am noticing that I am starting to feel that full feeling long before I am close to being done...

I was having this same problem a lot but then what I did was started reserving most of my daily cals for my LAST meal. So, I get totally full..stuffed! Like tonight..i'm gonna have 4 6oz servings of chicken Parmesan.. then I am going to have a 90 cal of yogurt for my sweet tooth. Maybe try that? It goes against the…
