I vary about 4lbs over the course of a day, I now weigh myself about 3 times a day! I only record it once but it really is getting a bit bad! I am now hiding my scales to stop me doing this!

If you are honestly 103 lbs then you do not need to lose any weight :) Go and speak to someone who can help. you are already heading towards the underweight section, if it is toning you want do exercise but don't try to loose anymore weight. Set your calories to maintenance and head for a healthy goal

That gaining back is water weight not fat :) get a weight trend app to average out your weight

Can you not share a portion of popcorn with a friend? You get all the flavour and half the calories :) itll also help control the portion. And eat something before going or you maybe tempted to order all the things you shouldnt

Lots of water! And stay away from anything orangey until you feel you have regained a natural colour. Take photos to keep track. Maybe when you do reintroduce them think about maybe 100g instead of 500g...

Homestly you look great! And if you are happy it doesnt matter! You may have lots of muscle rather than fat and that weighs more :)

My friends favourite is oh well ive had a bad start may as well start next week. So she missed boxersice on a tuesday and even though she could have gone on Thursday doesnt want to start that close to the end of the week so waits until the next Tuesday! This cycle repeats then complains that she cant find time to excerise

I make sure i have a hundred calories for a small glass of wine on a saturday :) helps keep me sane! If i drink alot it looks loke ive lost weight but due to the dehydration its all a lie!

As a chemist i get the feeling i am taking my work home with me when i am weighing all my food! But completely agree with the popcorn and the estimating can be difficult sometimes! But air popped corn is better :)

I have a buffet lunch next week paid for by my boss and im dreading it! All the food has rich creamy sauces and there isnt too many salad bits at the one i am going to... any help? Ideas? I am going to try and use a small plate and small potions but it seems like im nervous over nothing

If you log everything youll know how bad your cheat days are! It also means you may not have as bad a cheat day :)

As long as its the same time, everyday in the same outfit it shouldn't matter which time you choose :) i weigh everyday but you need to realise weight fluctuates and so "gaining" 2lbs is not fat just water!

I have a nexplanon implant and have lost 21lbs in 6 weeks. I know hormones can affect appetite etc. But its a case by case. And most of the weight gain is down to a change in diet, you cannot gain weight if your body has used the calories. It is because the hormones can increase appetite but that still means you are eating…

Today i finally wore jeans again! I grew up to a uk 16/18 and they were a 14 so itlets me know i am getting somewhere!

Id say 1.5 weeks is nothing really. I know its all about motivation and if the number isnt moving it can be disheartneing! But looks like your doing things right :) keep at it

Are you measuring? Or is it that you feel you look the same? Cos i was suprised! I thought i hadnt changed but i had lost a few inches :)

Check the floor where your scales are, mine dont work in a paricular corner due to some odd floor boards! A tiled floor is best :)

Some off that 3lbs is probably due to the increase in sodium? sounds like quite salty food so mainly water :) which is good news! and itll probably come off this week if you keep at it! Good luck!

I feel if I have overestimated my food, or underestimated my exercise calories (I don't completely trust my HRM as it says I burn more calories than the exercise machine...this is the opposite of what I have heard from others on MFP) then everything will even out

how much weight do you have to loose? because if you are close to your target this maybe very difficult, but doable depending on your motivation :)

Yes! I do this too, people told me brushing my teeth would stop the snacking! but you can just brush them again Once you have pushed that button, its game over or that day!
